.

the Commissioners were planning on selling the bricks at the 4th of July
Festival and at the pasta dinner in June. Turnaround for the bricks is
approximately 2 weeks from the vendor. The building construction is 17 days
behind due to the weather, and as a result, the brick installation has been
moved back to the end of July which would give the Commissioners more
time to sell the bricks. The Commissioners discussed various ways to sell the
bricks and Chairperson Swope noted that Supervisor Hannon will speak to
the contractor about finishing the front of the building last to give us more
time.

Chairperson Swope said Supervisor Hannon has found a vendor that could
provide tiles to be imprinted with children's handprints for installation near
the Kids Klub area. These could be sold at a profit to help raise funds and
involve the community. Turnaround for ~he tiles is approximately 1-2
weeks. The Commissioners also discussed installing a "tree" in the building
and leaves could be sold and imprinted with people's names.
