Presentation of Plaques for Distinguished <br />Service to former members of Boards and <br />Commissions - Alice Kennedy, Civic Cultural <br />Commission; John D. Clark, Park and <br />Recreation Commission; Victor G. Wandmayer, <br />Planning Commission; Elaine Collins, Library <br />Board; and Gerald O. Johnson and George L. <br />Dragan, Board of Port Coumissioners. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS AND SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY <br /> <br />Mayor Stangel presented Plaque for <br />Distinguished Service to Gerald Johnson, <br />Elaine Collins, John Clark and Victor <br />Wandmayer, thanking them for serving the <br />coumunity. <br /> <br />Mayor Stangel noted that as George Dragan was <br />unable to stay for the presentation and Alice <br />Kennedy is out of town, their Plaques will be <br />presented later.
