<br />AGENDA (continued) <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS AND SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY <br /> <br />Item No.2 (continued) <br /> <br />ACTION TAKEN (continued) <br /> <br />(continued) <br /> <br />Bostwick described the program in the City of <br />San Mateo. <br /> <br />Larry Lyons, Lyons Development Company, San <br />Mateo, reported he was part of the Housing <br />Fact Team for the City of San Mateo program <br />and described it. <br /> <br />In response to questions, City Manager Smith <br />sta ted that the program described is <br />beneficial, but with the City's limited <br />resources, he believes the $5,000 could be <br />better used elsewhere at this time. <br /> <br />Stephen Graham, Housing Coordinator, San <br />Mateo County Development Association, stated <br />that major funding this year is from the San <br />Francisco Foundation, and the funded part of <br />a Redwood City program should take place <br />before December 31.
