Presentation by CART (Community Artist Residency <br />Training) Program Affiliate Artist - Harry Streep, <br />Dancer/Choreographer <br /> <br />Mayor Stangel read a proclamation proclaiming the week of September 27 <br />through October 2, 1982 "CART Week" and presented it to Bob Asbury, CART <br />Residency Director.
