<br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS (continued) <br /> <br />Nita Spangler, 970 Edgewood Drive, requested illumination regarding the <br />source of the Analysis, noting it has been issued just before the <br />November 2, 1982 election when a measure relating to the South Shores area <br />is on the ballot. <br /> <br />Discussion followed and Mrs. Spangler and Mr. Warren replied to questions <br />and commented concerning the additional information being provided in the <br />Analysis; the fact that the Analysis was commissioned in July and antici- <br />pated in September; the desirability of having the Council and public have <br />the most recent financial information on the South Shores development; and <br />the need for the information by South Shores, Inc. for their development. <br /> <br />Al Davies, suggested the Analysis provides the electorate with an idea of <br />the financial importance to the City of the South Shores development. <br /> <br />John Murray, 568 Seahorse Lane, said that he appreciates having a <br />professional economic consultant1s analysis providing detailed financial <br />information about South Shores at a time when it is helpful to citizens in <br />evaluating the ballot measure on South Shores and objects to innuendo <br />suggesting the Analysis should not have been made available now. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />M/S: Biagi/Bury to adjourn. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote and Council adjourned at 10:55 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Stangel reminded Council members of the regularly scheduled executive <br />sessions for labor relations consideration, the next meeting to be 5:00 <br />p.m., Wednesday, October 27, 1982 in the Office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />JACQUELINE C.
