Report of Semi off i cia 1 Ret urn - Meas ure II 011 <br />Special Municipal Consolidated Election, November 2, 1982 <br /> <br />Report of City Clerk 11/5/82 <br /> <br />City Clerk Hildebrand reported that the official results of the special <br />election will be announced November 23~ 1982 by County Clerk Church who <br />conducted the consolidated election, observing that semiofficial returns <br />indicate that the IIYES" vote appears to prevail by ten votes. Mrs. <br />Hildebrand said that official results will be formally presented to <br />Council on the December 6, 1982 Agenda. <br /> <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />2.
