Project costs may have to be trimmed or <br />scaled down. <br /> <br />Hoov~r School Li~~~inq ~roject <br /> <br />100% construction plans have been submitted and we will go to City <br />Council February 1,1988 for approval of plans and specifications and <br />authorization to call for bids. Three to four months is anticipated <br />for construction period. <br /> <br />Red Mo~~on P~~kin[ Lot PrQi~çt <br /> <br />Plans are being revised to include lighting, and the Armory lot will <br />be an add alternate only as they have not yet responded to our <br />inquiries. Spot repairs of all lots will also be done. <br /> <br />Seaport <br /> <br />Phase I landscaping has been accepted by the city and is being <br />maintained by the Park Division. Phase II (north side) was recently <br />completed by the contractor and the city is anticipating taking over <br />maintenance in March. <br /> <br />Marlin Par~¿êhanno~_~laY9£?u~q <br /> <br />Singer and Hodges is currently designing both areas. The agreement <br />to purchase the Belmont School site may close in early February plus <br />an additional 45 days for escrow.
