DES:dik 06/26/92 (0077/32) <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 11775 entitled, <br /> "Resolution of Intention to Order the Levy of Benefit Assessments <br /> Using the Alternative Method, Approving City Manager' s Report, <br /> and Providing Notice of Hearing Thereon - Seaport Boulevard <br /> Landscape Maintenance District (Fiscal Years 1992-93 and <br /> 1993-94) " , adopted July 6 , 1992 , this Council approved the City <br /> Manager' s Report (the "Report") required to be prepared pursuant <br /> to said Ordinance No. 1895 setting forth the amounts to be <br /> provided in the budget for maintenance and operation, a <br /> description of each lot or parcel of property in the District, by <br /> a legal description, Assessor' s Parcel Number or other <br /> description sufficient to identify the same, and the amount of <br /> assessment to be levied for the fiscal years 1992-1993 and <br /> 1993-94 against each lot or parcel of property; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of hearing on any and all protests in <br /> relation to the Report was given by causing a notice of hearing <br /> to be duly posted, published and mailed in the time, form and <br /> manner provided by said Ordinance No. 1895 , all as more <br /> particularly appears from the certificates and affidavits thereof <br /> on file in the office of the City Clerk; and <br /> WHEREAS, the hearing thereon was duly and regularly held at <br /> the time and place advertised in said notice; and <br /> WHEREAS, no written protests objecting to the Report were <br /> filed with the City Clerk at or before the time set for hearing <br /> by the owners of more than 1/2 of the area of the property in the <br /> Seaport Boulevard Landscape Maintenance District subject to the <br /> special benefit assessments described in the Report, and all <br /> 2 <br />
