DES:d,k 06/26/92 (0077/32) <br /> persons interested desiring to be heard were given an opportunity <br /> to be heard and all matters and things pertaining thereto were <br /> fully heard and considered by this Council; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . This Council hereby finds, determines and orders as <br /> follows: <br /> (a) The owners of more than 1/2 of the area of the property <br /> in the Seaport Boulevard Landscape Maintenance District in the <br /> City of Redwood City subject to special benefit assessments to <br /> pay the costs and expenses of maintaining and operating the local <br /> public improvements described in the above-mentioned Resolution <br /> No. 10560 did not, at or prior to the time fixed for the <br /> above-mentioned hearing, file written protests against the levy <br /> of said assessments pursuant to Ordinance No. 1895 . <br /> (b) All written protests and objections, if any, and other <br /> written communications were publicly read at said hearing and all <br /> persons desiring to be heard were fully heard; and all protests, <br /> if any, are hereby overruled. <br /> (c) The above-mentioned Report and assessment roll, and <br /> each of the assessments therein shall be, and they are hereby, <br /> approved, confirmed and adopted. <br /> 2 . The special benefit assessments specified in the <br /> above-mentioned Report shall be levied and collected annually <br /> upon the last equalized, secured and utility tax rolls upon which <br /> ad valorem property taxes are collected.
