DES=-djk 06/05/92 (062/32) <br /> DEE. .jk 07/06/92R <br /> ORIGINAL 7/6/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11784 <br /> RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF CEDAR STREET IN THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, PURSUANT TO PART 3 OF DIVISION 9 , <br /> CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE, SUBJECT TO <br /> SATISFACTION OF CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing at <br /> Section 8300) of Division 9 of the California Streets and <br /> Highways Code, the Council of the City of Redwood City by its <br /> Resolution No. 11762 , adopted June 15 , 1992 , declared its <br /> intention to vacate the hereinafter described portion of Cedar <br /> Street, a public street in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 8322 and 8323 of the Streets <br /> and Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the described <br /> portion of said street was published and posted; and <br /> WHEREAS , said public hearing has been held and evidence <br /> taken; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> hereinafter described portion of Cedar Street, a public street in <br /> the City of Redwood City, is no longer needed for present or <br /> prospective public use, and hereby orders said portion vacated <br /> subject to the conditions listed on Attachment I of Exhibit "A" <br /> hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> herein. <br />
