Subject to the provisions of paragraph 3 hereof, that <br /> portion of Cedar Street more particularly described in and <br /> depicted on Exhibit "A" (attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by reference) , is hereby vacated. <br /> 3 . The vacation hereinabove ordered shall not be effective <br /> unless the conditions set forth in Attachment 1 (attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by reference) shall have been satisfied <br /> within two (2) years from the date of adoption hereof, and the <br /> City Clerk is hereby directed not to file this resolution with <br /> the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo until said <br /> conditions have been satisfied; but upon satisfaction of said <br /> conditions the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> submit a certified copy of this resolution to said Recorder for <br /> recordation. <br /> 2 <br />
