A typical way to <br /> obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: <br /> Experience: <br /> Some experience in lifeguarding and swimming instruction is <br /> necessary. <br /> License or Certificate: <br /> Must possess a current Water Safety Instructor (WSI) Card, a <br /> current First Aid Card, and a current certificate in Cardiac <br /> Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) . <br />
