City shall: <br /> (a) Provide all criteria and related information regarding <br /> City' s requirements for the Project; <br /> (b) Make available to Consultant all information in City' s <br /> possession pertinent to the Project, including piping <br /> configurations, property boundaries , easements, location of <br /> rights-of-way, and other data relative to the design and <br /> construction of the Project; <br /> (c) Provide timely reviews of, and comments upon, <br /> Consultant' s preliminary submittals of work product; <br /> (d) Provide labor to operate valves and hydrants as <br /> required by Consultant for field information necessary to <br /> complete the Project; and <br /> (e) Arrange for access by Consultant to enter upon public <br /> property as necessary for Consultant to perform services <br /> hereunder. <br /> 3 . COMPENSATION; EXPENSES ; PAYMENT. City shall compensate <br /> Consultant for all services to be performed hereunder by <br /> Consultant in an amount determined by multiplying Consultant' s <br /> xonrly Rates specified for Consultant' s officers and employees in <br /> Exhibit "B" hereof, attached hereto, and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein, times the number of hours , or portions <br /> thereof, of services performed respectively by said officers and <br /> employees in performing services hereunder. Said compensation <br /> shall be based upon Consultant' s Hourly Rates as set forth in <br /> 2 <br />
