ADMINISTRATION <br /> San Mateo County Planning staff will be responsible for <br /> administering the program. Based on this policy, staff in <br /> conjunction with the CMP Technical Advisory Committee will be <br /> responsible for developing a "scoring system" for evaluating and <br /> ranking projects which require C/CAG approval.
