Ward <br /> Event Director, "RUN BY THE BAY" <br /> 38536 Knute Court <br /> Fremont, Ca.94536 <br /> Re: The "RUN BY THE BAY" <br /> Dear Mr. Ward, <br /> The City Council on xxxx has authorized me to issue this letter permitting <br /> Sequoia Hospital to conduct the "RUN BY THE BAY" in Redwood City, subject <br /> to and in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. <br /> The permission herein is granted to Sequoia Hospital (hereinafter, for <br /> convenience, called "Permittee") to conduct the "RUN BY THE BAY". This <br /> permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> 1. Name of Event. The "RUN BY THE BAY" shall be sponsored and conducted <br /> by Permittee. <br /> 2. Revocation. This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br /> City of Redwood City. <br /> 3. Non transferability. This permit is nontransferable. <br /> 4. Location. The activities herein permitted shall be conducted on Seaport <br /> Blvd. and on the grounds of the Port of Redwood City. (Please refer to the <br /> attached map, " EXHIBIT B".) <br /> 5.
