KIWANIS CLUB AND REGULATING USE <br /> OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> (CARNIVAL) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain letter permit issued to the Woodside Terrace <br /> A.M. Kiwanis Club for the use of certain public rights-of-way in <br /> connection with the Woodside Terrace A.M. Kiwanis Club Carnival <br /> beginning Thursday, July 2 , 1992 , 6 : 00 p.m. , through Tuesday, <br /> July 7 , 1992 , 6 : 00 a.m. , in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, <br /> attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein is <br /> hereby approved, the regulation of the public rights-of-way <br /> described therein is hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code <br /> Section 21100 , and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to issue said permit. <br />
