This permit is subject to the <br /> following terms and conditions: <br /> 1. Carnival. The Carnival shall be sponsored and conducted by <br /> Permittee. The sale of alcoholic beverages shall be prohibited. <br /> 2. Revocation. This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br /> City of Redwood City. <br /> 3. Non-transferability. This permit is non-transferable. <br /> 4. Location. The City shall order the necessary temporary parking lot <br /> closures of the City owned municipal lot at Jefferson and Middlefield <br /> (Refer to map Exhibit "A") and provide barricades, but Permittee shall be <br /> responsible for placing the barricades. The areas as shown in <br /> Exhibit "A", shall be reserved for the Carnival. <br /> 5. Dates and Time. The Carnival shall be held from twelve o'clock noon <br /> on July 3, 1992 and end at 8:00 PM on July 6, 1992, from 10 AM until 10 <br /> PM. Set up time will begin at 6:00 PM on July 2, 1992.
