Exhibit "A" <br /> Mrk . <br /> Police Department Redwood 1020 Middlefield Road <br /> Redwood City,California 94063 <br /> Draft U-tv gamma Telephone(415)780-7100 <br /> U 1011111111(1 18111 <br /> qKia <br /> March 16, 1992 <br /> Mr. Peter Hughes <br /> Peninsula Celebration Association <br /> 814 Hamilton Street <br /> Redwood City, California 94063 <br /> Re: The Fourth of July Parade, Festival and Fireworks Activities <br /> Dear Mr. Hughes, <br /> The City Council on ****, Resolution No. ****, has authorized me to issue this <br /> letter permitting the Peninsula Celebration Association to conduct the Fourth of <br /> July Parade, Festival and Fireworks Activities subject to, and in accordance <br /> with, the terms and conditions herein. <br /> The permission herein granted is to the Peninsula Celebration Association <br /> (hereinafter, for convenience, called "Permittee"). This permit is subject to the <br /> following terms and conditions: <br /> 1. Parade and Festival. The parade and festival shall be sponsored and <br /> conducted by Permittee. <br /> 2. Revocation. This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br /> City of Redwood City. <br /> 3. Nontransferability. This permit is nontransferable. <br /> 4. Location. The parade herein permitted shall be conducted, and the <br /> route reserved therefore, in the areas shown on Exhibit "A". The Festival <br /> and Arts and Craft Fair, herein permitted shall be conducted, and the <br /> streets reserved therefore, on Broadway, between Jefferson and Winslow <br /> Streets; Hamilton, between Marshall and Winslow; and Middlefield <br /> between Marshall and Winslow. (Refer to Exhibit "A") <br /> 5. Dates and Time. The parade shall be conducted on Saturday, July 4, <br /> 1992. The parade and staging area shall be reserved from 6:00 A.M. to <br /> 3:00 P.M.; the parade route shall be reserved from 9:00 A.M. until 2:00 <br /> P.M. Fireworks that evening over the South Shores area. The <br /> Permittee shall obtain written consent from the South Shores <br /> property owners. <br /> 11730 <br />
