The Arts and Crafts Fair shall be held on July 3-4, 1992. The hours of <br /> operation shall be from 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P. M. Set up time for the Arts <br /> and Craft Fair shall commence at 6:00 P. M. on July 2, 1992. The streets <br /> will be cleared by 8:00 P.M. on July 4, 1992. <br /> 6. Insurance. Permittee shall furnish to the City public liability and property <br /> damage insurance naming the City of Redwood City, its Council, boards, <br /> commissions, officers, employees, and agents as insureds, or additional <br /> insureds, insuring the same against all claims for personal injury or death <br /> to any person or persons resulting or arising from the conducting of the <br /> activities herein permitted, or alleged to have resulted or alleged to have <br /> arisen therefrom, or from any act or omission to act, of Permittee in <br /> connection therewith, in the amount of $500,000 for each person and <br /> $1,000,000 for each occurrence, and property damage insurance for <br /> damage, or injury to, or destruction of property, including the loss of use <br /> thereof, in the amount of $500,000. Evidence of such insurance <br /> coverage in form satisfactory to the City shall be furnished by Permittee to <br /> the City at least ten (10) days prior to commencement of the event. <br /> 7. Damage to Public Property. Permittee shall reimburse the City for the <br /> costs for any damages to City owned property in the vicinity of the <br /> designated route, caused by or arising out of, the conducting of the <br /> activities permitted hereunder, or the acts, or omissions to act, of persons <br /> participating in said event. All signs or other markings placed in or upon <br /> public property,including the public right of way in connection the activity <br /> with shall be removed immediately following said event. <br /> 8. Compliance With Laws. Permittee shall comply with all appropriate and <br /> applicable rules, regulations and laws in connection with the conducting <br /> of said event, or any activities associated therewith. Specifically, <br /> Permittee or any other individual event participants shall be responsible <br /> for obtaining necessary State ABC permits and County Health permits. <br /> Permittee shall obtain all necessary, State, County and City permits <br /> pertaining to the fireworks display. This permit shall be in addition to all <br /> other permits which are or may be required for conducting said parade <br /> and festival, or any other activity associated therewith. Any sale of <br /> alcoholic beverages shall cease not later than 5:00 PM. <br /> 9. Hold Harmless. Permittee shall assume the defense of and indemnify <br /> and save harmless the City of Redwood City, its Council, officers, boards, <br /> commissions, employees and agents from all suits, actions, damages, or <br /> claims to which the City may be subjected of any kind or nature <br /> whatsoever, resulting from or arising out of the performance or failure to <br /> perform of Permittee hereunder, or otherwise arising from or arising out <br /> of said parade, race, festival or any activities herein permitted. <br /> 10.
