a. Post "No Parking" signs in the festival area on July 1,1992. <br /> b. Post "No Parking" signs on the parade route on July 3,1992. <br /> c. Provide normal police patrol for the Arts and Craft Fair. <br /> d. Street sweepers will be available at approximately 10:00 A.M. to <br /> remove horse droppings along the parade route and will sweep <br /> the parade route after the parade. <br /> e. Deliver barricades, as necessary, to locations along the parade <br /> route as determined by the police department. Barricades will be <br /> in place by 9:00 A.M. <br /> f. Deliver and pick up 25 bleachers to Marshall and Winslow Streets. <br /> The City will retrieve the bleachers after the parade. • <br /> g. Install the PCA flags along the parade route and remove them <br /> after the parade. <br /> 11. Restroom Facilities: Adequate temporary restroom facilities shall be <br /> provided by Permittee at no expense to the City. <br /> 12. Additional Matters. Additional or further matters not herein described or <br /> contemplated in connection with said parade and festival shall not be <br /> effectuated without the prior written consent of the Chief of Police. <br /> 13. Acceptance.
