FXS: cb 03/24/92 (022/31) <br /> DES : cb ,/13/92R <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . That certain agreement (form dated 3/24/92) , by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo , a <br /> political subdivision of the State of California, providing <br /> funding for its Retired Senior Volunteer Program (R.S.V.P. ) , a <br /> copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and <br /> City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> agreement , and to attest thereto, respectively, for and on behalf <br /> of the City of Redwood City. <br /> 2 . Resolution No. 11687 authorizing execution of the <br /> agreement with the Volunteer Center of San Mateo County - Retired <br /> Senior Volunteer Program is hereby rescinded. <br /> * * * <br /> 2 11728 <br />
