(Resolution "m") The permission herein is granted to Ujena International, Inc. (hereinafter, for convenience, called "Permittee") to conduct the "Ujena Body Pro Challenge". This permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. Name of Event. The "Ujena Body Pro Challenge " shall be sponsored and conducted by Permittee. 2. Revocation. This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the City of Redwood City. 3. Nontransferabiiity. This permit is nontransferable. 4. Location. The activities herein permitted shall be conducted in the Redwood Shores area of Redwood City on, Marine World Parkway, Bridge Parkway, Redwood Shores Parkway and Dolphin Parkway. ( Refer to attached map, "Exhibit B") 5. Dates and Time. The "Ujena Body Pro Challenge " shall be conducted on Thursday, March 19,1992. The set-up time will be at 2:30 PM. The race will begin at 3:00 PM and the streets will be cleared by 4:00 PM. 6. Course Control. Those portions of the "Ujena Body Pro Challenge " taking place in the public rights of way shall occur in a manner and shall be limited to that area designated by the Chief of Police. Should the Chief of 117 OS-
