DES :dik 03/05/92 (019/47) <br /> Exhibit "A" <br /> GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT <br /> PORTION OF 1017 MIDDLEFIELD ROAD <br /> Pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. of the <br /> Council of the City of Redwood City, adopted , 1992 , <br /> permission is hereby granted to the SAN MATEO COUNTY GENEOLOGICAL <br /> SOCIETY ( "Permittee" ) , to occupy and use a portion of the former <br /> Main Library Building located at 1017 Middlefield Road ( "Subject <br /> Premises" ) owned by the City of Redwood City ( "City" ) , which real <br /> property is depicted on Exhibit "I" hereof , attached hereto and <br /> by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> This permit is granted subject to the following terms and <br /> conditions: <br /> 1 . OCCUPANCY; PERMIT REVOCABLE. Subject to City' s right <br /> to revoke this permit as hereinafter specified, Permittee may <br /> occupy and use the Subject Premises hereunder for the period of <br /> March 16 , 1992 , through March 15 , 1993 . Notwithstanding the <br /> foregoing, this permit does not constitute a deed, grant of <br /> easement, lease , conveyance or transfer of any property interest <br /> and is revocable without cause at any time at the will of the <br /> Council of the City of Redwood City, effective upon giving not <br /> less than thirty (30) days ' prior written notice of such <br /> revocation addressed to Permittee as follows : San Mateo County <br /> Geneological Society, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, <br /> California, 94063 , and mailed or delivered to Permittee at said <br /> address. <br /> 2 . CITY' S ACCESS . City reserves the right to unlimited <br /> access to the Subject Premises or any part thereof for municipal <br /> purposes , including, but not limited to, the performance of <br />
