Notwithstanding the foregoing, City shall extend <br /> reasonable efforts not to interfere with Permittee ' s use and <br /> occupancy of the Subject Premises c. ercisira its ricI is ur.c.er <br /> this par&crapr . <br /> 3 . CONSIDERATION; .COSTS . In partial consideration for the <br /> privileges granted to Permittee hereunder, Permittee shall: <br /> reimburse City for Permittee ' s pro-rata share of the cost of <br /> utilities , or other services furnished to, or for the benefit of, <br /> the Subject Premises; hear the costs of any interior remodeling <br /> and/or any structural maintenance necessary or appropriate for <br /> Permittee ' s use cf the Subject Premises; and obtain, solely at <br /> Permittee ' s e:>pense , any and all planning, building, or other <br /> permits , for occupancy; of the Subject Premises , subject to City' s <br /> approval. In further consideration of the use of the Subject <br /> Premises Permittee shall use said Premises solely for charitable, <br /> non-profit public purposes in furtherance of Permittee' s <br /> organizational purposes . <br /> 4 . IMPROVEMENTS/LIMITATION. Permittee may construct and <br /> install, at Permittee ' s sole cost and expense, such remodeling <br /> improvements or modifications to the Subject Premises as are <br /> deemed necessary or appropriate by Permittee for Permittee ' s <br />
