In the event that Permittee abandons or <br /> :ails to use the Subject Premises , or shall fail, neglect, or <br /> refuse to comply with any of the conditions herein contained, or <br /> in the event that this Permission shall be revoked, then all <br /> rights of Permittee hereunder shall forthwith cease and <br /> terminate. <br /> 11 . ASSIGNMENTS . This permit and the privileges granted to <br /> Permittee hereunder shall not be assigned by Permittee except <br /> with the prior permission of City, evidenced by motion of City' s <br /> City Council , duly made and carried; provided, that no such <br /> assignment shall be made which would allow or permit a use of the <br /> Subject Premises inconsistent with Permittee ' s use thereof or for <br /> a private for-profit use. <br /> 12 . SUCCESSORS . The terms and conditions hereof shall be <br /> binding upon, and the benefits hereof shall accrue to, the <br /> successors in interest of Permittee , its assigns , transferees, <br /> heirs , or grantees . <br /> 13 . ACCEPTANCE. This permit shall not be effective until <br /> fully executed. <br /> 14 . PARAGRAPH HEADINGS .
