DES :djk 03/05/92 (019/47) <br /> exercise of City' s ownership rights to the real property of which <br /> the Subject Premises is a portion. <br /> 9 . Permittee shall maintain at all times during which this <br /> permit remains in effect, at Permittee ' s sole cost and expense, <br /> commercial general liability and property damage insurance, or a <br /> program of self-insurance , which insurance or self-insurance <br /> shall be in the following minimum amounts : <br /> (a) $1 , 000 , 000 for injury or death of any one person <br /> and $1 , 000 , 000 for any one occurrence; <br /> (b) Property damage insurance in the amount of <br /> $500 , 000 . <br /> A certificate or certificates evidencing the maintenance of <br /> the required insurance or program of self-insurance shall be <br /> deposited with the City Clerk prior to occupancy of the Subject <br /> Premises by Permittee . In addition to the aforesaid <br /> certificates , Permittee shall file with the City Clerk <br /> endorsements : <br /> (a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage <br /> of insurance before the expiration of 30 days <br /> after City shall have received notification <br /> thereof from the insurance carrier; <br /> (b) Naming the City of Redwood City, its Council, <br /> officers , boards , commissions , agents and <br /> employees as additional insureds; <br /> (c) Providing standard cross liability provisions; <br /> (d) Stating that the insurance afforded thereby to <br /> City, its Council, officers , boards , commissions , <br /> agents , and employees shall be primary insurance <br /> to the full limits of the liability of the policy, <br /> and that if City, its, Council, officers , boards, <br /> commissions , agents , and employees have other <br /> insurance against a loss covered by such a policy, <br /> such other insurance shall be excess insurance <br /> only. <br /> 5 <br />
