DES:djk 03/05/92 (019/47) <br /> removal, damage , destruction or otherwise altering of the <br /> condition of said improvements by third parties , Permittee shall <br /> reconstruct, reinstall , and repair said improvements at its sole <br /> cost and expense upon request bv City. <br /> 7 . OWNERSHIP OF IMPROVEMENTS . Permittee acknowledges and <br /> agrees that upon expiration or revocation of this permit, any and <br /> all improvements made by Permittee to the Subject Premises or <br /> otherwise permitted hereunder, of whatsoever nature, shall become <br /> the property of City. <br /> 8 . HOLD HARMLESS; RELEASE. Permittee shall be solely <br /> responsible and liable for all damages to persons or property, <br /> including injury to, or death of, persons and loss of use of <br /> property, due directly or indirectly to Permittee ' s construction, <br /> installation and/or maintenance of improvements and use and <br /> occupancy of the Subject Premises and shall promptly pay any just <br /> claim therefor and shall defend, indemnify and hold the City of <br /> Redwood City, its Council, officers , boards , commissions , agents <br /> and employees, harmless from all suits, actions , damages , or <br /> claims to which City may be subjected by reason of said <br /> construction, installation and/or maintenance of said <br /> improvements or use and occupancy of the Subject Premises <br /> hereunder. <br /> Permittee shall further release and hold City harmless for <br /> any destruction to, or alteration of, Permittee ' s improvements by <br /> City, or its employees , agents or contractors , (except for such <br /> destruction or alteration caused by the willful act or gross <br /> negligence of City, its employees , agents or contractors) in the <br /> 1 <br />
