California 94063 <br />Telephone (415) 780-7100 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />October 26, 1990 <br /> <br />Ms. Daniela Gasparini <br />Sequoia YMCA <br />1445 Hudson Street <br />Redwood City, California 94061 <br /> <br />Re: The "Come Grow with US" - 5K and 10K Run and 2 mile Walk <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Gasparini: <br /> <br />The City Manager on October 26, 1990, has authorized me to issue this letter <br />permitting the Sequoia YMCA to conduct the "Come Grow with US" - 5K <br />and 10K Run and 2 mile Walk in Redwood City subject to and in <br />accordance with the terms and conditions herein. <br /> <br />Permission herein is granted to the Sequoia YMCA "Come Grow with US" <br />- 5K and 10K Run and 2 mile Walk, (hereinafter, for convenience, called <br />"Permittee"). This permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. Name of Event. The "Come Grow with US" - 5K and 10K Run and <br />2 mile Walk shall be sponsored and conducted by Permittee. <br /> <br />2. Revocation. This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. Nontransferability. This permit is nontransferable. <br /> <br />4. Location. The activities herein permitted shall be conducted on the streets <br />depicted in Exhibit "B". <br /> <br />5. Dates and Time. The "Come Grow with US" - 5K and 10K Run <br />and 2 mile Walk shall be conducted on October 27, 1990. The set-up time is <br /> <br />11 43 6 <br />
