<br />.. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />Park & Recreation Commission ,. <br />Minutes of June 28, 2000 <br /> <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Superintendent Hover reported that staff is looking at expanding the tot lot at <br />Red Morton Park located near the armory, and would like to complete this <br />following the bathroom renovation project. The expansion design includes a <br />water feature and will hopefully draw some of the crowds away from Stafford <br />Park. The renovation of Stulsaft Park also includes a water feature. <br /> <br />ITEM 7 - JULY 8TH COMMISSION TRAINING <br /> <br />Commissioners Joseph and Truscelli have registered for the Board and <br />Commission Workshop to be held on Saturday, July 8 in Foster City. <br /> <br />ITEM 8 - STATUS OF INTERVIEW OF NEXT TERM COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Superintendent Hover announced the City Council interviews will be held on <br />July 10. It was noted that Commissioner Slusser has not re-applied for the <br />Commission. <br /> <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> <br />-Superintendent Hover thanked Commissioner Slusser for his participation on <br />the Commission and appreciated his hard work, since this might be his last <br />Commission meeting. <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Park and Recreation Commission was adjourned <br />in honor of Commissioner Bob Slusser at 9:40pm to be reconvened at <br />7: 30pm on Wednesday, July 26, 2000 to be held at the Community Activities <br />Building, 1400 Roosevelt Avenue, Redwood City, California. <br /> <br />
