Following Arbor Day will <br />be the Women's History Program at 3:00pm. The American Legion <br />Outstanding Citizen of the Year program will be held on Friday, March 1. See <br />commissioner Truscelli for tickets. <br /> <br />-Chairperson Joseph reported on the recent KABOOM playground "buildover" <br />at NorthStar Academy. She stated that 169 volunteers renovated the <br />NorthStar playground in eight hours and the results were incredible. <br /> <br />-Superintendent Hover reported that Community Development Director <br />Deborah Nelson will be leaving the City on March to work for the City of San <br />Mateo. City Attorney Dave Schricker will also be leaving on June 30. <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Park and Recreation Commission was adjourned <br />at 9: 10pm to be reconvened at 7:30pm on Wednesday, March ,28, 2001 to <br />be held at the Community Activities Building, 1400 Roosevelt Avenue, <br />Red wood City, Ca I iforn i a . <br />
