<br />PUMP STATIONS #15 <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />August 23, 2005 <br /> <br />construction notes, connection details, electrical details, structural details, technical <br />specifications, and estimate of construction costs. The design calculations and analysis should <br />include all [mal engineering calculations, any miscellaneous technical data, maintenance <br />considerations and catalog cuts for any special equipment. The one-hundred percent (100%) <br />complete construction documents shall be ready for signature and submitted to the City for <br />review and approval. A marked set will be returned along with staff's comments and/or request <br />for clarifications for revision. <br /> <br />One meeting is scheduled with the City staff after review 0 f the lOO% submittal. <br /> <br />Nolte will furnish one (1) set of plans on 4-mil polyester media and six (6) copies of original <br />construction documents of the one-hundred percent (100%) completion or revisions. Both sets <br />of documents will bear the responsible engineer's wet stamp and signature with a license <br />expiration date. Nolte will also furnish a disk copy of the drawings in AutoCAD 2002, and <br />specifications in Word 2002. <br /> <br />Phase E. <br /> <br />Bid Support <br /> <br />The following services will be provided during the bidding process. <br /> <br />1. Assist/provide a list of prospective bidders and issuing addenda where necessary. <br />2. Review bid summaries. <br /> <br />Phase F. <br /> <br />Construction Phase <br /> <br />The following services will be provided during the construction phase: <br /> <br />1. Review shop drawings and submittals. <br />2. Attend a site visit when requested during the construction phase. <br />3. Review submittals and change orders. <br />Assumptions: <br /> <br />This scope assumes the following: <br /> <br />1. Right of way surveying, including property line research and boundary determinations, is <br />not included. <br /> <br />2. Potholing of existing utilities is not included. <br /> <br />3. Soils exploration will not be performed and safe soil bearing loads will be assumed. <br /> <br />4.
