<br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Park and Recreation Commission <br />.. <br /> <br />Minutes of May 22,2002 <br /> <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Chairperson Joseph spoke regarding Art in the Park in Burlingame and agreed to <br />go to the Civic Cultural Commission to ascertain their interest in the project. <br /> <br />Commissioner Truscelli reminded everyone about the Memorial Day service at <br />8:15 am at the Historic Union Cemetery and the breakfast following at the <br />American Legion Hall. Superintendent Hover noted that the Historic Union <br />Cemetery Committee would also hold a program at 10:00 am. <br /> <br />Commissioner Swope gave an update on the Strategic Plan Committee noting <br />that 11 groups had been contacted, that she was currently sorting the information <br />and Director Centeno was working on the demographic information. She noted <br />that Judy Buchan had agreed to place our questions in her weekly publication <br />and will pu rsue placing the questions on the Website and in local papers. <br />Additional groups have been scheduled. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Park and Recreation Commission was adjourned at <br />8:57 p.m. to be reconvened at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19, 2002 to be <br />held at the Community Activities Building, 1400 Roosevelt Avenue, Redwood <br />City, California. <br /> <br />
