<br />(f) <br /> <br />(g) <br /> <br />(h) <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />The aforementioned Resolution No. 7751, adopted on <br />January 17, 1977, and entitled "Resolution of the Council <br />of the City of Redwood City Giving Notice of, and Declaring <br />its Intention to, Initiate, Pursuant to Petition, Proceedings <br />to Annex to said City Certain Uninhabi ted Terri tory; <br />Describing said Territory and Designating it by the Name <br />'Cordilleras Road Annexation - 1977'; Making Certain <br />Findings Respecting said Proceedings; and Giving Notice <br />of the Time and Place said Council Will Hear Protests <br />to said Annexation" has been published by the City Clerk <br />in the manner and within the time required by law, and <br />said Clerk has also caused written notice of the proposed <br />annexation therein described to be mailed to all persons <br />or bodies to whom such notice is required by law to be <br />given, all in the manner and time required by law; <br /> <br />This Council did, in said Resolution No. 7751, set and <br />designate February 28, 1977, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m., in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers, Hall of <br />Justice and Records, Redwood City, San Mateo County, <br />California, as the day, hour, and place when and where <br />said Council would hear protests against said annexation; <br /> <br />This Council duly met and convened at said time and place <br />for the purpose of hearing and passing upon all protests <br />to said proposed annexation, and did at the hearing in <br />open public session ask for protests, if any, to the <br />proposed annexation, and give all persons full opportunity <br />to protest said annexation and received evidence relevant <br />to said annexation; <br /> <br />This Council, at the time of said hearing, found, deter- <br />mined, and declared, that protests to the proposed <br />annexation of the hereinafter described territory to the <br />City of Redwood City had not been made by private owners <br />of one-half of the value of said territory as shown on <br />the last equalized assessment roll of the County of San <br />Mateo, California, nor by private owners and public owners <br />of one-half of the value of the territory as said value <br />has been determined according to law; <br /> <br />(j) <br /> <br />None of the territory within the boundaries of the territory <br />proposed to be annexed is owned by a community college <br />district; <br /> <br />(k) <br /> <br />None of the territory within the boundaries of the territory <br />proposed to be annexed consists wholly or partly of tide <br />or submerged lands; and <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />This Council did, upon closing of the aforementioned <br />hearing, elect to proceed with the proposed annexation. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />This Council hereby further finds, determines, and <br /> <br />declares, with respect to the proposed annexation described in <br /> <br />Section 1 hereof, that an environmental impact report has been <br /> <br />completed for the proposed project which includes the annexation <br /> <br />-2- <br />
