(f) (g) (h) (i) The aforementioned Resolution No. 7751, adopted on January 17, 1977, and entitled "Resolution of the Council of the City of Redwood City Giving Notice of, and Declaring its Intention to, Initiate, Pursuant to Petition, Proceedings to Annex to said City Certain Uninhabi ted Terri tory; Describing said Territory and Designating it by the Name 'Cordilleras Road Annexation - 1977'; Making Certain Findings Respecting said Proceedings; and Giving Notice of the Time and Place said Council Will Hear Protests to said Annexation" has been published by the City Clerk in the manner and within the time required by law, and said Clerk has also caused written notice of the proposed annexation therein described to be mailed to all persons or bodies to whom such notice is required by law to be given, all in the manner and time required by law; This Council did, in said Resolution No. 7751, set and designate February 28, 1977, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m., in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood City, San Mateo County, California, as the day, hour, and place when and where said Council would hear protests against said annexation; This Council duly met and convened at said time and place for the purpose of hearing and passing upon all protests to said proposed annexation, and did at the hearing in open public session ask for protests, if any, to the proposed annexation, and give all persons full opportunity to protest said annexation and received evidence relevant to said annexation; This Council, at the time of said hearing, found, deter- mined, and declared, that protests to the proposed annexation of the hereinafter described territory to the City of Redwood City had not been made by private owners of one-half of the value of said territory as shown on the last equalized assessment roll of the County of San Mateo, California, nor by private owners and public owners of one-half of the value of the territory as said value has been determined according to law; (j) None of the territory within the boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed is owned by a community college district; (k) None of the territory within the boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed consists wholly or partly of tide or submerged lands; and (1) This Council did, upon closing of the aforementioned hearing, elect to proceed with the proposed annexation. SECTION 2. This Council hereby further finds, determines, and declares, with respect to the proposed annexation described in Section 1 hereof, that an environmental impact report has been completed for the proposed project which includes the annexation -2-
