<br />and also excluding all taxable property included within the limits <br /> <br />of Parking District No.1 as established by Resolution No. 1808, <br /> <br />adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City on December 20, <br /> <br /> <br />1954, together with all territory thereafter annexed thereto; for <br /> <br />all purposes is hereby fixed and levied at $1.7967. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. <br /> <br />TAX RATE, ANNEXED AREAS, NO CONSENT TO TAXATION. <br /> <br />The total tax rate for the fiscal year July 1, 1976 - June 30,1977, <br /> <br />upon each One Hundred Dollars of the assessed value of all taxable <br /> <br />property in Leslie Annexation No.1, annexed to said City by Ordinance <br /> <br />No. 939 on August 14, 1959; Leslie Annexation No.2, annexed to said <br /> <br />City by Ordinance No. 940 on August 14, 1959; Leslie Annexation <br /> <br />No.3, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 941 on August 14, 1959; <br /> <br />Edgewood Hills Annexation, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 1245 <br /> <br />on July 7, 1966; Sequoia Hospital Annexation, annexed to said City <br /> <br />by Resolution No. 5321 on March 29, 1967; Canyon Road Annexation <br /> <br />No.1, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 1271 on October 28, 1966; <br /> <br />Toyon Annexation, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 1261 on <br /> <br />September 12, 1966; and Piombo Annexation, annexed to said City by <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 1213 on October 22, 1965; excepting and excluding all <br /> <br />property situate in General Improvement District,No. 1-64 as said <br /> <br />District was established by Resolution No. 4274 adopted by the <br /> <br />Council of the City of Redwood City on May 4, 1964, together with <br /> <br />all territory thereafter annexed thereto; for all purposes is hereby <br /> <br />fixed and levied at $1.7967. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. <br /> <br />TAX RATE, DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />The total tax rate for <br /> <br />the fiscal year July 1, 1976 - June 30, 1977, upon each One Hundred <br /> <br />Dollars of the assessed value of all taxable real property within <br /> <br />Parking District No.1 as established by Resolution No. 1808, adopted <br /> <br />by the Council of the City of Redwood City on December 20, 1954, and <br /> <br />as confirmed by Resolution No. 1827, adopted by the Council of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City on February 7, 1955, for all purposes, including <br /> <br />the payment of bond interest and redemption of municipal improvement <br /> <br />bonds, Series 55-1, is hereby fixed and levied at $2.2967 and the <br /> <br />total tax rate for all other taxable property within said district <br /> <br />is hereby fixed and levied at $1.7967. <br /> <br />-5- <br /> <br />, --'---'-""---'-'---~---'--- <br />
