<br />(b) <br /> <br />The total rate for the fiscal year July 1, 1976 - June 30, <br /> <br />1977, on property within General Improvement District No. 1-64 <br /> <br />shall be established as the combined tax rates fixed by Section 4, <br /> <br />above, and subsections (e), <br /> <br />(f), and (g) of Section 2, above. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />No tax is levied for the following General Improvement <br /> <br />Districts: <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />General Improvement District No. 1-65 as said <br /> <br />District was established by Resolution No. 4589, adopted March 15, <br /> <br />1965; <br /> <br />(ii) <br /> <br />General Improvement District No. 2-65 as said District <br /> <br />was established by Resolution No. 4591, adopted March 15,1965; <br /> <br />(iii) <br /> <br />General Improvement District No. 3-65 as said District was <br /> <br />established by Resolution No. 4593, adopted March 15,1965. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. <br /> <br />REPEAL. <br /> <br />All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> <br />conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. <br /> <br />SEVERABILITY. <br /> <br />If any section, sentence, clause or <br /> <br />phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held by a court of competent <br /> <br />jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity <br /> <br />of the remaining portions of this ordinance, and the City Council <br /> <br />hereby declares that it would have adopted said ordinance and each <br /> <br />section, sentence, clause and phrase thereof, irrespective of the <br /> <br />fact that anyone or more section, sentence, clause or phrase be <br /> <br />declared invalid. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. <br /> <br />TRANSMITTAL TO COUNTY. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby <br /> <br />directed to transmit certified copies of this ordinance to the <br /> <br />Auditor of the County of San Mateo in accordance with Section 51551 <br /> <br />of the Government Code and to such other County officials as may <br /> <br />find it convenient or necessary to utilize this ordinance. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take <br /> <br />SECTION 9. <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. <br /> <br />effect and be in force upon its adoption. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-6- <br />
