<br />SECTION 6. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 1622, entitled "Ordinance Establishing <br /> <br />Salary and Wage Plan for Certain Employee Classifications Relating <br /> <br />to Management and Confidential Assignments, and Certain Designated <br /> <br />Officers; and Repealing Ordinance No. 1591, and all Ordinances in <br /> <br />Conflict Therewith," adopted February 3, 1975, and any and all <br /> <br />ordinances, or parts thereof, including, but not limited to, <br /> <br />ordinances amendatory of Ordinance No. 1622, in conflict with the <br /> <br />provisions hereof, are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict <br /> <br />only. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after <br /> <br />its adoption; provided, however, that the provisions hereof shall <br /> <br />be operative retroactively to and including July 1, 1976. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br />------ <br />
