<br />(b) <br /> <br />It shall be the duty of the Fire Chief and his <br /> <br />authorized representatives to administer the provisions <br /> <br />of this chapter. <br /> <br />In furtherance of such authority, the <br /> <br />Fire Chief shall provide a procedure for bicycle dealers, <br /> <br />who desire to issue bicycle licenses pursuant to the <br /> <br />provisions of this chapter, to issue such bicycle licenses <br /> <br />and to be compensated therefore. <br /> <br />A bicycle dealer, duly <br /> <br />authorized to issue bicycle licenses, shall receive 50 <br /> <br />percent of the bicycle license fees collected for such <br /> <br />issuance. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />All registration forms shall be filed with the <br /> <br />Police Department. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. <br /> <br />Section 8.13 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />IISection 8.13. <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any person to <br /> <br />remove, destroy, mutilate or alter any bicycle license <br /> <br />indicia issued for the operation of a bicycle during the <br /> <br />time for which such license indicia is operative. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. <br /> <br />Section 8.14 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />city is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />IISection 8.14. <br /> <br />The license fee herein prescribed shall <br /> <br />be payable in advance of issuance of the license to which it <br /> <br />pertains. <br /> <br />The amount of the fee and the term of licenses <br /> <br />issued shall be in accordance with the following schedule: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />All licenses, which are issued on or after April 7, <br /> <br />1976, shall expire on December 31, 1978. <br /> <br />Licenses issued <br /> <br />subsequent to December 31, 1978, shall expire on December 31 <br /> <br />of the second year following the year during which such <br /> <br />-3- <br />
