<br />"(e) <br /> <br />"(f) <br /> <br />"(g) <br /> <br />" (h) <br /> <br />The provisions of this section shall not apply to <br />buildings or facilities within a park or recreation <br />area which are not open to the general public and <br />have been rented or otherwise reserved for a private <br />activity. <br /> <br />The issuance of one permit shall not be deemed to <br />require the issuance of additional permits. <br /> <br />The issuance of a concessions permit shall not relieve <br />the permittee from complying with all applicable laws <br />and securing all necessary permits and licenses other- <br />wise required. <br /> <br />Any permit issued may be terminated at the will of <br />the Director and shall not be deemed to create any <br />vested right in the permittee to continue his sales <br />activity in a park or recreation area. <br /> <br />"Section 25.1.9 <br /> <br />All parks and recreation areas <br /> <br />Hours. <br /> <br />and facilities therein, including parking lots serving said <br /> <br />areas, shall be closed to the public between the hours of <br /> <br />10:30 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. the following morning with the <br /> <br />following exceptions: <br /> <br />" (a) <br /> <br />" (b) <br /> <br />The parking lots serving the immediate area of any <br />park or park building may remain open during the <br />time said building is being used and for one hour <br />after the closing thereof. <br /> <br />Such areas may remain open during any recreation <br />program conducted or authorized by the Department <br />and for one hour after the completion thereof. <br /> <br />"Section 25.1.10 <br /> <br />Activities in Parks - Prohibited Acts. <br /> <br />Unless expressly authorized by the Director, no person, <br /> <br />while in any park or recreation area, shall: <br /> <br />"(a) <br /> <br />" (b) <br /> <br />"(c) <br /> <br />" (d) <br /> <br />"(e) <br /> <br />Practice, play, or in any way engage in the art of <br />archery. <br /> <br />Engage or participate in activities which are <br />incompatible with the design or use of such park <br />or recreation area. <br /> <br />Operate powered or line-attached model crafts of <br />any kind or description except in areas provided <br />for such specific activities. <br /> <br />Camp, lodge, or remain overnight. <br /> <br />Bring, land, or cause to descend any airplane, <br />balloon, parachute, or other apparatus used for <br />aviation purposes. <br /> <br />-4- <br />
