Th~ user shall make such modifications, changes or amendments to said plans and specifications as the Director may reasonably require in orcl~r that the pro- visions of this chapter, ü'::: any permit issued, c-r. to he issued pursuant to this chapter. shall be com!:-) 1 ied with. Upon approval of such plans and specifications by the Director, the user may proceed witll the construction thereof; provided, however, that such approval shall not be deemed to waive or modify ¡Jny other requirement of this chapter, or of any permit issued pursuant to this chapter, or of any other requirements of law. "Approval of plans and specifications of pretreatment facilities pursuant to this section shall not relieve the user from the responsibility of modifying such pretreat.ment facilities as necessary to produce effluent therefrom complying with all pertinent provisions of this chapter, or any permit, issued pursuant to thiß chapter I or any ot.her requirements of law. Any proposed cessation of use, or alteration, modification, or other change to approved pre- treatment facilities or any portion thereof, or any change in method of operation t.hereof, shall be reported to the Director prior to commencement thereof, and :3~l(l11 be subject tc the approval of the D1rector.
