<br />"ARTICLE V. <br /> <br />PUBLIC AGENCY CONTRACTS. <br /> <br />"Section 27.70. <br /> <br />Authorization. <br /> <br />The City may contract <br /> <br />with any public agency, district, or political subdivision <br /> <br />of the State for the furnishing of sewage collection and <br /> <br />disposal services to such agency by the City, whether such <br /> <br />agency, district or political subdivision includes territory <br /> <br />within or without the City limits. <br /> <br />Charge s . <br /> <br />Any contract made in accordance <br /> <br />"Section 27.71. <br /> <br />with the preceding section may provide for a different schedule <br /> <br />of charges than those established by resolution pursuant to <br /> <br />the provisions of Article IX hereof; provided, however, that <br /> <br />no such schedule shall establish charges which yield less <br /> <br />than the actual cost to the City for the furnishing of such <br /> <br />services, including the prorata cost to the City of bond <br /> <br />servicing, maintenance, operation, repair and administration <br /> <br />of the City's ownership interest in the sewerage facilities <br /> <br />as are utilized by such public agency, district or political <br /> <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />Additionally, such charges shall provide for the <br /> <br />payment to the City of that prorata portion, if any, of the cost of <br /> <br />the treatment works of Authority which is allocable to the <br /> <br />treatment of industrial users of the sewerage facilities served <br /> <br />by such contracting public agency, district or political <br /> <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />Compliance Requirements. <br /> <br />All contracts <br /> <br />"Section 27.72. <br /> <br />made in accordance with this Article V, or users served by <br /> <br />such public agency, district or political subdivision entering <br /> <br />into an agreement pursuant to this article, shall be subject <br /> <br />to the provisions of Article& II, III and IV of this chapter. <br /> <br />"Section 27.73. <br /> <br />Existing Contracts. <br /> <br />Nothing in this <br /> <br />article shall be deemed to alter, modify, amend or otherwise <br />change or affect the provisions of any contract entered into <br /> <br />-28- <br />
