<br />"(a) <br /> <br />Department. <br /> <br />The Health and Welfare Department of <br /> <br />the County of San Mateo. <br /> <br />" (b) <br /> <br />Registration. <br /> <br />The certificate of registration <br /> <br />issued pursuant to the provisions of this article. <br /> <br />Scope. <br /> <br />The provisions of this article <br /> <br />"Section 27.101. <br /> <br />shall not apply to any sanitary district, sanitation district, <br /> <br />or sewer maintenance district, nor shall they apply to any <br /> <br />agency or institution of this City or of the County, State <br /> <br />or Federal government which engages in the cleaning of chemical <br /> <br />toilets which are owned and operated by any of such govern- <br /> <br />mental agencies or institutions. <br /> <br />"Section 27.102. <br /> <br />Registration of Business. <br /> <br />No person <br /> <br />shall carryon or engage in the business of the cleaning of <br /> <br />chemical toilets or engage in the business of disposing of the <br /> <br />cleanings thereof in this City unless he shall hold a valid <br /> <br />registration issued by the Department. <br /> <br />Registration of Employees. <br /> <br />No person <br /> <br />"Section 27.103. <br /> <br />shall clean chemical toilets or dispose of or aid in the <br /> <br />disposal of the cleanings thereof, for any person engaged in <br /> <br />the business of cleaning out chemical toilets or disposing of <br /> <br />the cleanings thereof who does not hold a valid registration. <br /> <br />"Section 27.104. <br /> <br />Application for Registration. <br /> <br />All <br /> <br />applications for registration under this section shall be filed <br /> <br />with the Department. <br /> <br />The application shall contain the following <br /> <br />information: <br /> <br />"(a) <br /> <br />The full name of the applicant and the full names <br />of all partners, if a partnership. <br /> <br />" (b) <br /> <br />The relationship or capacity of the applicant, if <br />the registration is not for an individual. <br /> <br />"(c) <br /> <br />The place of business and place of residence of the <br />applicant and of each partner, if a partnership. <br /> <br />" (d) <br /> <br />The exact location of the place at which it is <br />proposed to dispose of cleanings. <br /> <br />-37- <br />
