<br />"Section 27.105. <br /> <br />Signature Required~ <br /> <br />The application <br /> <br />required by the preceding section shall be signed by the <br /> <br />person who will be engaging in the business, by an authorized <br /> <br />officer, if a corporation, or by the managing partner if a <br /> <br />partnership. <br /> <br />"Section 27.106. <br /> <br />Examination. <br /> <br />Registration shall be <br /> <br />issued only after a satisfactory examination by a duly authorized <br /> <br />representative of the Department covering the equipment to be <br /> <br />used, the applicant's knowledge of sanitary principles and of <br /> <br />laws, ordinances and directions, and in <br /> <br />health or nuisances, <br />observing sanitary <br />selecting laborers <br /> <br />the laws and ordinances affecting human <br /> <br />and the reliability of the applicant in <br /> <br />and employees who may clean out chemical toilets without <br /> <br />endangering human health or comfort; and, only after examination <br /> <br />of the place and manner of disposal of the cleanings proposed <br /> <br />by such applicant. <br /> <br />"Section 27.107. <br /> <br />Action by Department. <br /> <br />The Department <br /> <br />shall act upon each application within 30 days of the date <br /> <br />of filing same. <br /> <br />"Section 27.108. <br /> <br />Duration of Original Registration; <br /> <br />Reapplication. <br /> <br />An original registration required under this <br /> <br />article shall be valid only for the unexpired portion of the <br /> <br />calendar year in which application is made. <br /> <br />Reapplication <br /> <br />shall be made annually prior to expiration of the succeeding <br /> <br />registration and shall be valid only for the calendar year <br /> <br />for which issued. <br /> <br />In no event shall a registration be valid <br /> <br />subsequent to the end of the calendar year for which issued. <br /> <br />"Section 27.109. <br /> <br />Registration Conditions. <br /> <br />Applicants <br /> <br />for registration under this article may be registered under <br /> <br />such terms, conditions, orders and directions as the Department <br /> <br />may deem necessary for the protection of human health and comfort. <br /> <br />-38- <br />
