Alternatives <br /> <br /> 1 .~.. - The City Council could choose not to authorize a modification of the police overtime fee <br /> ~. '-~chedule for nonprofit organizations. The selection of this alternative would limit the Police <br /> Chief's ability to facilitate requests made by nonprofit organizations for supplemental police <br /> services. <br /> <br />Fiscal Impact <br />The revised fee schedule would have a minimal fiscal impact. In the past year, the Police Department <br />has provided approximately one hundred (100) hours of traffic control, and security services to <br />nonprofit organizations. The total fees recovered for these services, and returned to the general fund <br />were approximately $5,000.
