Attachment 2 <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED CONDITIONS <br /> Building Moving Permit <br /> 304 Stambaugh Street to 601 Cedar Street <br /> <br />1. Obtain a Building Permit for the construction at 601 Cedar Street (foundation, <br /> utility connections, and proposed alterations). <br />2. Within ten days of moving the building, clear the existing site at 304 Starnbaugh <br /> Street of foundations and debris, fill and compact the basement area, disconnect <br /> and cap all utility connections, and properly grade the site. <br />3. Obtain approval from Building and Inspection for the date and time of the <br /> building move. <br />4. Obtain approval from Engineering and the Police Department for the safety <br /> precautions necessary for the building move. Arrange and pay for all costs of <br /> traffic control and safety precautions for the building move. <br />5. Submit'a bond in the amount orS1,000.00 conditioned upon the applicant's <br /> compliance with all terms of the Building Moving Permit and related Redwood <br /> City Code requirements. <br />6. Applicant shall submit evidence of insurance in form and with the minimum <br /> amounts of coverage subject to the approval of the City Attorney. <br />7. The Building Moving permit is valid for six months. <br /> <br /> <br />
