The house - an 1160 <br /> square foot 2 bedroom, 1 bath, Queen Anne style cottage - was built in 1880. <br /> The house is structurally sound and meets all the minimum requirements of the <br /> Uniform Housing Code. <br /> <br /> The following conditions were noted: <br /> 1. Approximately three feet at the top of the structure will be removed to allow <br /> L ..... ~c__cess under electrical wires. <br /> 2. Existing masonry fireplace will be removed. A new insert will be installed at <br /> the new location. <br /> 3. The existing location has a basement where the water heater and fumaca <br /> are located. No basement is proposed at the new location. Since this is a <br /> Historic House, any addition that would house the water heater and fumaca <br /> ...... %_w_o_u_l_d__need to be~a_pproved by Planning prior to the move. <br /> 4. An existing b~ window will be cut back to meet the necessary setback <br /> re_cLujrements on the ne_w~[?_l. This work must be approved by Planning. <br /> ~-~-D~e~-the ~St0'~:i~§i~t~s of t~ ~-(~, al~c~-al work'nd ~xteri~r <br /> changes must be approved by the Planning Division before the issuance of a <br /> building_permit. <br /> <br />The company moving the home is Kelly Brothers House movers from San Jose. <br /> <br /> Before the actual house move, Kelly Brothers will do the following: <br /> 1. Contact Redwood City Police Department to address questions regarding <br /> i__~ flag m_an, traffic control, etc. <br /> 2. Contact Public Works and Traffic Engineering to agree on the best time to <br /> move the house. <br /> ' 3.
