This Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the '1§th day of July, 2002, <br /> amending the agreement dated January 28, 2002 (the "Agreement"), by and be~een the City of <br /> Redwood City, a charter ¢iby and municipal oorporation ("Ci~'), and CRW $¥$tem, Inc., dba <br /> CRW Associates ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties") for permitting software and related <br /> services. <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br /> A. Pursuant to the Agreement, Consultant has provided permitting software and related <br /> services to City. <br /> <br /> B. City is now prepared to begin administrator training for personnel in Engineering, Fire, <br /> <br /> Planning, and Revenue Services and post-implementation audit/user training (the "Services"); <br /> C. Sufficient funds have been included in the project funding for the Services; and <br /> <br /> D. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to a supplemental scope of work and fee <br /> schedule for the Services. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, City and Consultant agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. In addition to those services contained in the Agreement, Consultant will provide <br /> <br />the Services described paragraph B above. <br /> <br /> 2. City will pay Consultant for all work associated with the Services herein described <br /> <br />ion a time and materials basis not-to-exceed Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000).
