Determine and document the current WAP
system architecture and concept of operations.

· Deliverables. System Architecture documentation (diagrams,
data flows, descriptive text) depicting the WAP system from the
following perspectives:

· Applications Architecture (i.e. the programs that support
WAP and how they interact with each other)

· Data Architecture (i.e. the data sets or databases that
support WAP, where they reside, and how they interact with
each other)

· Technology Architecture (i.e. the hardware and network
resources supporting WAP)

· Assessment
· Task Description. Assess the current system architecture and
usage model.
· Deliverables. Assessment of System Architecture as a
component of full IT Architecture, measured by such metrics as
robustness of architecture, availability and timeliness of data,
accuracy of data, cost-effectiveness of system, usability,
accessibility, data distribution scheme, data duplication /
synchronization, security, scalability, consistency with other
system technologies, maintainability.
