Recommendations to improve system architecture <br /> and usage model. <br /> <br /> Qualifications <br /> <br />We feel that Bill's work in 2001 on the development of the web-based WAP <br />water survey, together with his extensive background in enterprise architecture <br />analysis, qualify him uniquely to perform this study. <br /> <br /> Costs <br /> <br />KorTech will invoice the City of Redwood City for Bill's actual hours worked, <br />based on a billing rate for professional services of $150.00 per hour, up to a <br />maximum of 120 hours, or $18,000. <br /> <br />Because of the proximity of Redwood City personnel to KorTech offices, no other <br />charges, such as for travel or materials, will be assessed.' <br /> <br />Schedule <br /> <br />Bill is available to begin this project on July 1, and we believe the project can be <br />completed by August 9. <br /> <br />KorTech Consulting, Inc. <br /> <br />KorTech is a California corporation founded in 1998.
