'3r.I bi-2 <br />Alternatives <br />(1) Approve the purchase of a DUI/Occupant Protection Enforcement Trailer with the <br /> cost to be reimbursed through a Traffic Safety Grant from the State of California <br /> Office of Traffic Safety. <br /> <br />(2) Disapprove the purchase of a DUI/Occupant Protection Enforcement Trailer. <br /> <br />Fiscal Impact <br />Traffic Safety Grants from the State of California Office of Traffic Safety are reimbursement <br />grants. The purchase of the DUI/Occupant Protection Fnforcement Trailerwould be made <br />from city funds and reimbursed by the State of California Office of Traffic Safety up to <br />$$1,g34, including overtime cc~:s associated with staffing the checkpoints.
