<br />DES:djk "9/11/90 <br /> <br />(009/44) <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT <br />COMMUNITY PARK RECREATION BUILDING <br /> <br />THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT made this day of <br /> <br /> <br />1990, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California, ("Lessor"), and NATIONAL <br /> <br />FOOTBALL LEAGUE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION (San Francisco Chapter) a <br /> <br /> <br />California corporation ("~essee"); <br /> <br />WIT N E SSE T H : <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City and Lessee entered into that certain agreement <br /> <br />entitled "Lease Agreement - Community Park Recreation Building", <br /> <br /> <br />approved pursuant to Resolution No. 11346 adopted July 23, 1990 <br /> <br /> <br />by City's City Council (the "Lease Agreement"); and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lessor and Lessee desire to amend paragraph 15 of <br /> <br />the Lease Agreement with respect to the amount of general <br /> <br /> <br />liability insurance coverage to be provided by Lessee thereunder; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to paragraph 21 of the Lease Agreement <br /> <br /> <br />modifications may be made thereto; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. INSURANCE. Paragraph 15(b) of the Lease Agreement is <br /> <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"15. INSURANCE. (b) General Liability. Lessee shall <br /> <br /> <br />secure, carry and maintain at all times during the term of <br /> <br /> <br />this lease, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, public <br /> <br />liabili ty and property damage insurance, which insurance <br /> <br />shall be in the following minimum amounts: <br />
